We are actively seeking a meticulous and committed professional to join our team in the vital role of QA Specialist. This position plays a crucial part in maintaining the highest standards of quality and reliability in our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish, monitor and improve the management systems as per the ISO standards and other applicable requirements.
- Develop and document new or revised processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to the management systems and Operations.
- Evaluate current operational processes to identify areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and potential risks.
- Work closely with all concerned stakeholders to gather insights, understand challenges, and promote best practices.
- Ensure all processes align with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Design, deliver and facilitate training and workshops related to Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Operational processes.
- Assist departmental heads with continual improvement and implementation of operational processes.
- Plan and organise internal audits in liaison with relevant departmental heads.
- Prepare audit reports, report audit findings, and provide feedback to the line manager and relevant departmental heads/process owners.
- Issue CARs (Corrective Action Requests) and follow up on the status of findings to ensure compliance with the ISO standards and other applicable requirements.
- Effectively document, implement and monitor the procedures to continually improve the management systems' performance. Work closely with the line manager to develop and execute improvement actions necessary to enhance the internal processes.
- Immediately report concerns, issues, and complaints to the line manager for appropriate intervention.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications and Experience
A diploma in Quality Assurance or equivalent and Auditor certification are advantages.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (operations, quality, standardisation, audit).
Experience as an Auditor is desirable.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Quality Control/Assurance or Operations in a reputable consultancy or certified company.
Good command of the English language.
Proficient in MS Office and MS Visio.
In-depth knowledge of ISO management systems standards.
