We are seeking a skilled Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support and guidance to our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and advising on legal risks and strategies. You will collaborate with various departments to support business objectives while safeguarding the company’s interests.

Bilingual : Arabic & English preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Assist in dispute resolution and litigation management.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in law (Common Law qualification) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in relevant jurisdiction.
• 3-5 years of PQE, preferably with strong private practice experience from an international firm.
• A solid understanding of corporate and commercial law.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
