Analyzing stakeholder data to support and enhance relationship management and engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support the Relationship Director by gathering and analyzing data on stakeholder interactions and engagement
- Monitor and track stakeholder relationships, identifying key trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on stakeholder engagement, relationship status, and feedback for the Relationship Director
- Assist in the development and maintenance of stakeholder databases, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date
- Conduct research on key stakeholders, including government entities and partners, to support strategic relationship management
- Analyze communication patterns and feedback from stakeholders to recommend strategies for engagement improvements and satisfaction
- Assist with meetings, events, and other activities to facilitate stakeholder interactions
- Assist in resolving stakeholder issues by gathering relevant information and providing insights to the Relationship Director
- Support the Relationship Director with the preparation of briefing materials and presentations for discussions and negotiations
- Contribute to the development of strategies for improving stakeholder relationships based on data and analysis
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), InVision, InDesign, and Canva
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
- Storytelling thought process and creative vision, highly observant to detail
Key Capabilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating reports and presentations
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and ability to multi-task
- Familiarity with relationship management and stakeholder engagement principles
- High-level professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information
