The Project & Development Director holds a pivotal position within the organization, responsible for overseeing the successful execution of multiple projects by third parties. Reporting to the Executive Director of Asset Management, the Project & Development Director collaborates closely with cross-functional internal and external teams, as well as in a key client facing role to ensure seamless project delivery overseeing the utilisation of industry best practices and standards to achieve the client vision whilst maintaining time, cost and quality outcomes.
