Role Overview

As a Waiter at Private property, you will play a crucial role in providing guests with a wonderful dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in our upscale setting. Your role helps maintain the high standards our guests expect.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service Excellence:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
• Efficiently take food and drink orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to dietary requirements.
• Address and resolve any guest concerns promptly and efficiently.

Dining Operation and Coordination:

• Support food and beverage team members in providing seamless service 
• Assist in setting and clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service of food and beverages.

Adherence to Safety and Standards:

• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards rigorously.
• Comply with Private proeprty policies and procedures to ensure the safety of guests and staff.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous waiter or customer service experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing genuine and engaging service.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
