Role Summary

As a Treasury Officer, you’ll report directly to the Finance Manager and be a key player in our Finance team. You will be responsible for monitoring cash flow, managing bank relationships, overseeing investment opportunities, and supporting treasury-related operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily cash flow to ensure the company has adequate liquidity.
• Manage bank and brokerage accounts, including account opening/closing and KYC updates.
• Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities for surplus funds.
• Manage fixed deposits, bonds, stocks, and other financial instruments.
• Serve as the main point of contact with banks and maintain strong relationships.
• Respond to bank queries and update necessary documentation.
• Negotiate loan terms, credit facilities, and other financial services.
• Prepare treasury reports such as cash flow statements and investment summaries.
• Assist with financial audits and provide relevant documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies.
• Handle other treasury-related ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Banking, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in treasury or a similar finance role

• Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and Word
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage tight deadlines
