Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to join a private property as a waitress, This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality-focused person who thrives in a refined, service-oriented environment, and is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences. The role requires a high standard of attention to detail, discretion, and a proactive attitude to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of residents and their guests at all times.

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service for guests .
• Set up dining areas according to prescribed standards, including table arrangements and decoration.
• Serve meals and drinks in a timely and professional manner, adhering to any personal preferences or dietary requirements.
• Assist in planning, executing, and serving at private events, gatherings, or dinners as requested.
• Work collaboratively with chefs, kitchen staff  to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Handle guest requests promptly and discreetly, maintaining a warm and professional demeanour.
• Monitor inventory of dining and kitchen supplies and communicate replenishment needs to the relevant parties.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the House Manager or Head of Household.

Qualifications and Skills 

• Proven experience as a waitress or similar hospitality role – experience in luxury  5-star hotels is a strong advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service protocols, including etiquette for formal and casual dining.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact respectfully with residents, guests, and household staff from diverse backgrounds.
• Discreet, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining confidentiality at all times.
• Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are appreciated.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Professional appearance and attitude in keeping with a private, high-end environment.
