Key Responsibilities for Drone Specialist

• Operate drones for a range of applications including aerial surveying, photography, and videography, in line with project requirements and company standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot drones, associated hardware, batteries, software, and ground control stations, ensuring all equipment is in optimal working condition.
• Analyse and process aerial data, images, and video footage.
• Stay informed of evolving drone technologies, trends, and relevant legislation, and implement best practices across all UAV operations.
• Promote a culture of safety and compliance, conducting all operations with consideration to privacy, environmental, and site-specific regulations.
• Support additional operational tasks, training, demonstrations, and the occasional out-of-hours assignment as needed.

Required Qualifications 

• Proven experience operating drones.
• Strong working knowledge of drone 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform technical troubleshooting under pressure.
• Strong organisational capability, attention to detail, and clear verbal and written communication skills.
