We are looking  for  Drone Technician.  As a Drone Technician, you will play a critical role in assembling, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a diverse range of drones and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), upholding the highest standards of reliability and safety for all operations.

Key Responsibilities for the Drone Technician Role

• Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and servicing of drones and related components according to company protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
• Diagnose technical issues and efficiently perform repairs on sensors, frames, motors, batteries, software, and communication systems.
• Assemble new UAVs from kits or custom parts, completing pre-flight safety checks and system calibrations.
• Install and integrate hardware upgrades, cameras, payloads, and software updates to enhance drone performance and functionality.
• Maintain detailed records of drone maintenance, repairs, inventory levels, and parts usage in line with internal policies.
• Ensure all drone operations, repairs, and adjustments comply with CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) regulations and health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with drone pilots and operators, providing technical expertise on pre-flight preparations, troubleshooting, and safe drone use.
• Monitor trends in drone technology and best practices, sharing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Report any incidents, faults, or operational anomalies promptly to relevant management and escalate issues where necessary.
• Promote a safety-first, respectful, and inclusive workplace environment at all times.
