We are looking for a dedicated and personable individual to join as a Female - Barista. This role is perfect for someone with a genuine passion for coffee preparation and guest service, who is enthusiastic about delivering an exceptional beverage experience in a private, luxury property. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing quality hot and cold drinks, maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards, and anticipating the needs of household members and guests with professionalism and discretion.

Barista Key Responsibilities

• Expertly prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, specialty teas, and fresh juices using professional coffee machines and appliances.
• Provide outstanding, discreet service to household members and guests, ensuring every order is personalised to preferences.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked coffee station at all times, in line with hygiene and safety standards.
• Advise and recommend menu options or new beverage ideas according to seasonal ingredients and household preferences.
• Monitor and manage stock levels of coffee beans, teas, milk products, syrups, and related consumables, placing orders as required.
• Ensure all equipment is used, cleaned, and maintained in excellent working order following manufacturer guidelines.
• Uphold strict confidentiality at all times.
• Deliver excellent attention to detail, ensuring all drinks are presented to a high standard and served in the correct glassware or crockery.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures, including correct handling of allergens and food safety protocols.

Skills and Experience Required for a Barista Role in a Private Household

• Previous experience as a Barista in hospitality, luxury hotel, café, or private residence preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of coffee making, various brewing methods, and drink presentation standards.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills, with a polite, positive, and adaptable approach.
• High level of personal organisation, reliability, and efficiency, able to operate both independently and as a supportive team member.
• Impeccable standards of cleanliness and knowledge of food hygiene practices.
• Ability to work flexibly, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends if required.
