About the Role
YOSH Hospitality is seeking a Corporate Executive Housekeeper to lead our Housekeeping function across a prestigious portfolio of private residences - both locally and internationally. This strategic and hands-on role ensures exceptional service consistency, precision, and elegance in every home, reflecting our ethos of refined living and operational excellence.
This position not only leads the Housekeeping operation but also plays an integral part in embedding Private Butler values and service mindset into every aspect of the household journey. From setting world-class standards to overseeing technical partnerships, training bespoke teams, and managing seasonal routines, the Corporate Executive Housekeeper is at the heart of creating timeless, seamless, and highly personalized living experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Oversight
- Lead Housekeeping and Butler service across all private residences, ensuring alignment with YOSH’s service philosophy and operational standards.
- Coordinate seasonal deep cleans, pre-arrival readiness, and personalized room setups, including wardrobe management and bespoke unpacking services.
- Oversee residence openings, transitions, travel, and events, ensuring top-to-bottom readiness and consistent service rituals from day one.
Training & Talent Development
- Develop and execute bespoke training programs covering luxury garment care, specialist materials, Butler etiquette, and Housekeeping excellence modules.
- Implement and champion the YOSH Butler Learning Journey in collaboration with Client Excellence and F&B teams.
- Standardize SOPs, training manuals, and checklists tailored to each residence’s unique character and preferences.
Vendor & Material Quality Management
- Partner with Procurement to qualify and manage third-party vendors and suppliers with a focus on eco-consciousness and technical excellence.
- Approve and maintain an active OS&E list across properties, ensuring access to high-quality linens, cleaning agents, and sustainable products.
- Conduct vendor audits and research innovations in Housekeeping materials and practices.
Service & Product Standards
- Govern front-of-house standards including linen, amenities, wardrobe systems, floral design, and in-room ambiance.
- Govern back-of-house operations including cleaning protocols, valet stations, equipment care, and team training.
- Maintain detailed Client and Guest profiles to ensure seamless, personalized service including rituals such as preferred turndown touches, garment-care logs, or curated arrival experiences.
Client & Guest Experience
- Act as lead liaison during Client stays, orchestrating flawless behind-the-scenes service in coordination with Butler teams.
- Curate multi-sensory experiences across homes scent, sound, lighting while supporting tailored moments that reflect each Client’s lifestyle.
- Collaborate with Client Excellence and Support functions to continuously innovate new service touchpoints, reinforcing the emotional and sensory depth of the Client Journey.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of senior-level Housekeeping and/or Butler experience within ultra-luxury private residences, yachts, estates, or five-star hospitality.
- Proven leadership in managing multi-property operations and high-profile households with utmost discretion.
- Deep technical knowledge of specialty materials, couture garment care, and premium finishes.
- Bachelor’s degree required; formal training in hospitality or estate management is highly advantageous.
Skills & Attributes
- Inspirational and hands-on leader with a high-performing, service-driven mindset.
- Strong understanding of Middle Eastern culture, traditions, and hospitality.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a refined sense for aesthetics and service choreography.
- Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Comfortable with frequent travel across the UAE and internationally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital documentation/reporting.
