Key Responsibilities – Food and Beverage Supervisor
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a food and beverage team to deliver an unparalleled dining experience, in both formal and informal settings across the residence.
- Manage daily operations of private dining, events, and guest refreshment services, ensuring exceptional standards of service, accuracy, and personalised attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with chefs and external suppliers to coordinate personalised menus, wine pairings, and special dietary requirements according to the preferences of principals and guests.
- Maintain and enforce meticulous food safety and hygiene standards in all food and beverage areas, in line with local regulations and best practices.
- Oversee the proper presentation, set-up, and service of beverages.
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee the procurement, storage, and rotation of fine foods, and liaising with suppliers for quality assurance.
- Plan and execute private events, dinners, and gatherings, managing staffing schedules, table settings, and the seamless coordination of service flow.
- Train and mentor the F&B team in luxury service etiquette, discreet guest interaction, and the handling of valuable tableware and glassware.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion at all times, representing YOSH Hospitality to VIP guests and principals.
Skills & Experience Required – F&B Supervisor
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within luxury hospitality, high-end restaurants, or with at least 2 years in a supervisory F&B role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and international cuisines.
- Demonstrated leadership, organisational, and scheduling abilities, with experience leading diverse, multi-cultural teams.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to anticipate and fulfil guest needs intuitively.
- Formal training or certifications in hospitality, food safety, wine studies, or related disciplines is advantageous.
