Key Responsibilities – Public Area Attendant, Warehouse Maintenance & Cleaning

• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and tidiness in all public and shared areas, including warehouse aisles, break rooms, toilets, entrance zones, and administrative spaces.
• Carry out scheduled cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, waste removal, and sanitation of high-touch surfaces to promote safety and hygiene.
• Support regular replenishment of consumables (e.g., soap, paper towels, bins) across the facility, monitoring inventory and reporting low stock to supervisors promptly.
• Assist with the set-up and breakdown of staff facilities for meetings, training sessions, or warehouse events as required.
• Alert management to maintenance needs, hazards, or potential safety incidents in public and operational spaces.
• Operate cleaning equipment in a safe and responsible manner, complying with all company health and safety standards and local regulations.
• Collaborate with the warehouse and facilities teams to ensure all work areas support business operations and uphold the YOSH Hospitality reputation for excellence.
• Respect confidentiality and privacy in all staff and visitor interactions within the warehouse.

Skills & Experience Required – Warehouse Cleaning & Public Area Attendant Jobs

• Previous experience as a cleaner, public area attendant, or similar role within warehouses, logistics, hospitality, or commercial environments is desirable.
• Professional knowledge of cleaning techniques and safe handling of chemicals and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and meet set cleanliness standards.
• Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors in English (written and spoken).
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible, with a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to providing outstanding support to the wider team.
