About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven IT Infrastructure Specialist to coordinate the implementation, maintenance, and development of IT, cloud, and computing infrastructure across our organization and client environments. You will manage critical infrastructure and cloud-based projects—ensuring compliance with Group IT policies and client requirements—while delivering high-quality, scalable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies and SOPs aligned with Group objectives and business needs.
• Define and execute Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for infrastructure hosting and support.
• Collaborate with third-party IT vendors to propose efficient and cost-effective solutions; prepare technical comparisons and initiate purchase requests.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver cross-functional infrastructure and cloud projects, including network, server, and data center operations.
• Ensure adherence to approved IT policies and procedures related to control, security, and compliance.
• Manage IT infrastructure assets of the group companies and clients, ensuring regular development and upgrades to provide the most appropriate technology to meet user’s needs.
• Prepare and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule to ensure integrity of the IT operations at clients’ facilities, monitor and maintain good health of IT systems.
• Support other departments with troubleshooting complex technical issues, root cause analysis, and smart, actionable solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends and continuously recommend improvements in tools, systems, and methods.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic/Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field (Master’s Degree is an advantage).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Preferred certifications include:
• Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
• Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
• Network Engineer Associate (AZ-700)
• Certifications from other major cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) are also valued.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in IT, with at least 2 years in project management.
• Proven expertise in:
• Cloud computing platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure)
• Networking and wireless technologies
• Windows and Linux servers
• Backup and virtualization solutions
• Microsoft Exchange and IT security systems
• ITIL certification is preferred.
