We are seeking a skilled Drone Specialist with hands-on experience in building, and integrating unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in drone hardware, flight systems, and assembly. You will be responsible for developing custom drone solutions, assembling components, testing flight systems, and ensuring optimal performance for specialized applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build custom Drones (quadcopters, fixed-wing, VTOL, hybrid)

• Assemble drones from individual components: frames, motors, ESCs, propellers, flight controllers, GPS modules, etc.

• Install and configure flight control systems (Pixhawk, ArduPilot, Betaflight, DJI, etc.)

• Develop and integrate payload systems (cameras, sensors, LIDAR, etc.)

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues

• Conduct flight tests and optimize drone performance

• Maintain logs of builds, modifications, and test results

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (FAA, CAA, etc.)

Required Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related fiel

Experience:

o Proven track record with assembling drone systems from components

Technical Skills:

o Proficient with flight controller setup (e.g., ArduPilot, PX4, INAV)

o Soldering, wiring, and electronics troubleshooting

o Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360)

o Knowledge of telemetry systems (MAVLink, LoRa, RF, etc.)

o Experience with Li-Po battery management and power systems

o Understanding of aerodynamics and propulsion systems

• Experience with autonomous navigation, computer vision, or AI in drones

• Knowledge of drone regulations and certifications (e.g., Part 107)

• Programming skills (Python, C++, ROS)

• Experience in FPV or long-range drones

• Familiarity with 3D printing for prototyping
