Responsibilities – 

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout all Villas/ rooms
• Attend to assigned areas promptly, efficiently, and with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a welcoming environment for every guest.
• Replenish guest amenities, towels, linens, and supplies according to standards and preferences.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost property to the supervisor, following established policies and ensuring swift resolution.
• Uphold strict adherence to health, hygiene, and safety regulations, including proper use and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Respect guest privacy at all times, maintaining discretion when working in occupied rooms or personal spaces.
• Assist with laundry duties and occasional deep-cleaning or specialised housekeeping tasks as directed by management.

Key Skills and Attributes 

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Attendant, Room Attendant, or similar role in a luxury hotel, boutique property is preferred.
• Passion for service excellence, with a focus on creating superior guest experiences through immaculate room care and attention to detail.
• Positive and proactive work ethic, able to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive housekeeping team environment.
