We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join Housekeeping team at private property.
Key Responsibilities
To report for duty punctually properly groomed and always wearing the correct uniform.
Responsible for ensuring that her personal appearance and hygiene is up to the standard required by Yosh.
To maintain safe works practices as per Health and Safety SOP.
To attend daily briefing in the approved location conducted by the HK leader where daily info, plans will be discussed and passed on.
To collect all cleaning chemicals, equipment and overall supplies required for the shift.
Extend appropriate greetings to Clients and to any internal/external colleagues at every opportunity using their names and appropriate nomination. Develop a positive working relationship with all colleagues and departments to facilitate a team-oriented atmosphere.
Follow the official cleaning sequence area by area as approved by the client:
To report any unusual incident such as damage, missing, unauthorized people or items left behind by Client’s family members or guests.
To attend to the Client’s requests and queries courteously and promptly in the course of duty.
Assist the F&B part of the property with removals, set ups, customized cleaning. Follow property SOP.
Assist with children when required. Children should receive optimal care in respect of safeguarding at all times. To be fully aware of the responsibilities and the procedures to be followed.
To ensure that the back of the house and pantries are cleared & cleaned as per the standards.
To re-stock the trolley & pantry for the next day.
To clean and store cleaning equipment in its proper place. To report immediately any damaged or misused equipment.
To ensure the approved deep cleaning planning / program for all sections of the property, pantries, back of the house in place are carried throughout regardless of occupancy or the non-occupancy.
To maintain your lodging up to the highest standard.
To assist with any other duties as required by the leader in charge or another member of the Yosh team.

Yosh colleague will be required to perform similar such duties or tasks in any other property as may be designated by management.
Yosh colleague will be required to attend training courses as required and continually strive for the improvement of own knowledge and skills.
Yosh colleague is required to be familiar with the property policy on fire, hygiene, health, safety and emergency evacuation and that all colleagues in the department participates in fire and emergency drills.
Yosh colleague will be required to adhere to and have a complete understanding of the employee handbook and adhere to the regulations contained within
To be flexible within your job and to be able to fulfill any other duties that you may be asked to perform
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or room attendant positions within a hotel, luxury residence, or similar environment preferred.
Comprehensive knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and modern housekeeping equipment.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, able to prioritise tasks and work efficiently without constant supervision.
