We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join a private household as a Caregiver.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and respectful personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility as required..

• Supervise daily routines and maintain a safe, clean, and tidy home environment.

• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration in accordance with dietary needs and preferences..

• Attend to light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, bathroom cleaning, and changing bed linen.

• Maintain confidentiality, privacy, and respect for all individuals at all times.

Required Skills

• Previous experience as a caregiver in a private house, care home, or related environment preferred.

• Understanding of basic personal care, hygiene standards, and safeguarding procedures.

• Strong communication skills with a caring and flexible approach

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all Tema member.

• Ability to work with empathy and maintain a positive attitude even in challenging situations.

• Basic knowledge of emergency response and first aid is advantageous.

• Fluency in English is essential; other language skills are a plus.
