We are seeking a proactive and dedicated individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Attendant

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks in all living areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, lounges, and outdoor spaces, to the highest hygiene and presentation standards.

• Change bed linens, replenish towels and toiletries, and manage laundry to maintain a fresh and orderly environment.

• Ensure all surfaces, floors, and furnishings are cleaned, polished, and well cared for, paying attention to sensitive materials and finishes.

• Assist with the organisation of wardrobes, cupboards, and storage areas, maintaining careful order and efficiency.

• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the relevant manager or supervisor.

• Support the team with setting up for events or guest arrivals as needed.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and respect the privacy of villa residents and guests at all times.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in housekeeping, cleaning or hospitality, preferably within a luxury private villa, five-star hotel, or high-end residential environment.

• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering outstanding cleanliness and presentation.

• Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a housekeeping team.

• Understanding of cleaning products, safe usage, and basic care of luxury surfaces and furnishings.

• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with a high level of professionalism.

• Flexible and adaptable, able to adjust tasks to meet the changing needs of residents and guests.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Strong communication skills, with a polite and courteous approach to all interactions.
