We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join as a Nutritionist Chef. This unique position requires a blend of culinary expertise and in-depth knowledge of nutrition to create healthy, balanced, and delicious meals tailored to the preferences and dietary needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and cook a variety of nutritious and appealing meals that align with specific dietary requirements, allergies, health goals.

• Develop bespoke menus focused on fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients, ensuring optimal nutritional balance and quality.

• Adapt recipes and meal plans to accommodate changing dietary needs and individual health objectives, food intolerances, or sports nutrition.

• Oversee food presentation, ensuring meals are visually appealing and served to a high standard at all times.

• Advise on healthy eating, balanced nutrition, and lifestyle improvements as requested.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in nutrition-focused cooking, with formal training in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field highly desirable.

• Advanced culinary skills, with a portfolio of healthy and creative recipes catering to varied dietary requirements (e.g., gluten-free, vegan.

• Exceptional organisational abilities, including meal planning, time management, and efficient kitchen operation.

• Excellent communication skills, able to discuss nutrition and food preferences with sensitivity and discretion.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a busy household, demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and professionalism.

• Fluency in English is required

• Relevant qualifications in nutrition, culinary arts, or dietetics preferred.

• Previous experience as a Nutrition Chef or nutritionist in a luxury household or similar high-end environment is beneficial..
