Position Overview
The Graphic Designer supports the implementation of Yosh’s visual identity across all properties and the Support Office.
Working under the direction of the Creative Manager – Visual Identity, this role is responsible for the development, adaptation, and execution of visual materials across multiple touchpoints. The Graphic Designer ensures that all outputs reflect Yosh standards, reinforce The Yosh Way, and maintain consistency, clarity, and visual excellence.
This position combines creative execution with disciplined adherence to visual guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Execution
• Design and produce visual materials aligned with Yosh’s visual identity standards.
• Develop collateral including presentations, reports, event materials, menus, packaging, digital assets, templates, and internal communications.
• Adapt master templates for property-specific and departmental needs while maintaining visual consistency.
• Prepare artwork for both digital and print production.
2. Identity Application & Compliance
• Apply visual identity guidelines accurately across all materials.
• Ensure correct use of typography, color systems, layout structures, and imagery.
• Flag inconsistencies or deviations from standards to the Creative Manager.
• Support the transition from legacy materials to new identity assets.
3. Production & Supplier Coordination
• Prepare print-ready files according to defined specifications.
• Liaise with printers and suppliers to ensure production quality meets Yosh standards.
• Conduct quality checks on printed materials and physical outputs.
• Support sourcing of materials, finishes, and production techniques aligned with visual standards.
4. Asset Management & Documentation
• Maintain organized design files and version control.
• Support updates to templates and visual toolkits.
• Contribute to maintaining the centralized visual asset library.
• Ensure efficient storage and accessibility of visual materials.
5. Support to Strategic Initiatives
• Assist in the creative execution of initiatives linked to The Yosh Way.
• Support special projects: example, travel guide, bespoke destination stationary, etc.
• Contribute ideas while working within structured identity frameworks.
Candidate Profile
• 4–6 years of experience in graphic design or visual communication.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of typography, layout systems, and print production.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work within structured identity systems.
• Experience in hospitality or multi-property environments preferred.
• Ability to balance creativity with discipline and consistency.
