Position Overview
The Creative Manager – Visual Identity is responsible for the structured implementation, governance, and continuous evolution of Yosh’s visual identity across all properties, departments, and touchpoints.
Visual identity is a fundamental pillar of The Yosh Way strategy. It translates our philosophy, standards, and service culture into a consistent and recognizable expression across every interaction — physical, digital, operational, and experiential. This role ensures that the culture of our company is not only defined in principles, but clearly and consistently visible in how Yosh presents, communicates, and operates across the Support Office, properties and destinations.
The position acts as the central authority for visual standards, safeguarding integrity while enabling strategic alignment and excellence in execution.
• Support the implementation of The Yosh Way by ensuring its visual expression is consistently applied across all properties, destinations and the Support Office.
• Translate strategic pillars, culture frameworks, and excellence initiatives into clear and structured visual systems.
• Ensure all visual outputs reinforce the identity, clarity, and positioning defined within The Yosh Way.
• Strengthen internal alignment and external perception through disciplined identity execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Visual Identity Implementation
• Lead the portfolio-wide rollout of a visual identity/culture.
• Develop structured implementation roadmaps across properties and the Support Office.
• Oversee adaptation of identity standards across collateral, signage, packaging, presentations, digital platforms (example, LMS, dashboards, etc.) uniforms, Clients’ facing materials – example, products’ presentations etc.
• Manage the phased transition from legacy materials to new standards.
2. Governance & Quality Assurance
• Safeguard the integrity of Yosh’s visual identity across all expressions.
• Review and approve key materials to ensure compliance with established guidelines.
• Monitor correct use of typography, color systems, layout principles, imagery, and tone.
• Conduct periodic visual alignment reviews across the portfolio.
• Provide structured feedback and corrective guidance where inconsistencies are identified.
3. Cross-Functional Alignment
• Partner closely with Client Excellence, Operations, Projects, HR, Procurement, and Property Teams to ensure alignment with visual guideline usage.
• Guide internal stakeholders in the appropriate and consistent application of visual standards.
• Oversee external vendors to ensure adherence to identity requirements (for production).
4. Systems & Asset Management
• Maintain and continuously refine the Visual Identity Guidelines.
• Develop templates, toolkits, and standardized assets to support consistent implementation.
• Establish approval workflows and asset governance processes.
• Build and maintain a centralized visual asset library accessible to relevant teams.
Candidate Profile
• 8+ years of experience in visual identity implementation, creative governance, or related roles.
• Strong experience managing multi-touchpoint identity systems.
• High attention to detail with a disciplined quality control mindset.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within hospitality or multi-property environments preferred.
• Ability to translate strategic frameworks into clear and structured visual systems
