Job Summary

The F&B Supervisor will oversee all food and beverage operations within a private household, ensuring exceptional service standards aligned with Arabic hospitality traditions. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and expertise in traditional service practices such as Arabic coffee (Gahwa) service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations within the household

• Ensure high standards of service, presentation, and hygiene at all times

• Manage and train household F&B staff, ensuring efficient team performance

• Oversee traditional Arabic hospitality practices, including Gahwa service and cultural etiquette

• Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff for menu planning and service execution

• Handle inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and minimizing wastage

• Maintain records of supplies, consumption, and procurement

• Ensure proper table settings and service styles for formal and informal occasions

• Monitor guest preferences and ensure personalized service

• Enforce health and safety regulations within F&B operations

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in private households or luxury hospitality

• Strong knowledge of Arabic culture and hospitality traditions

• Hands-on experience with Gahwa (Arabic coffee) service

• Proven experience in inventory management and stock control

• Strong man-management and leadership skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

• Ability to work flexible hours as required in a private household setting

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in VIP or high-net-worth households

• Knowledge of fine dining service standards
