IT Technician

We usually respond within two weeks

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day IT support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues

  • Manage and maintain network systems (LAN/Wi-Fi, connectivity, devices)

  • Deliver high-quality, discreet VIP / white-glove support

  • Support basic setup and maintenance of drones/UAV equipment

  • Track and manage IT assets, inventory, and equipment

  • Ensure systems are secure, updated, and running efficiently

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an IT Technician / IT Support

  • Strong knowledge of networking and troubleshooting

  • Basic understanding of drones/UAV technology (preferred)

  • Experience managing IT inventory / asset tracking

  • Experience supporting VIP, executive, or UHNW clients (preferred)

  • Professional, discreet, and service-oriented approach
