Job Summary

The F&B Team Leader is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations at VIP private Residences, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational excellence, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role focuses on delivering a world-class hospitality experience through effective team leadership, staff development and quality assurance

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all food and beverage service operations, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality, professionalism, discretion, and personalized service are consistently delivered.

• Monitor daily operations to maintain excellence in food presentation and table settings,

• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and service teams to enhance menu offerings, seasonal selections, and overall dining experiences

• Support the planning and execution of private functions, VIP events, and special occasions, ensuring seamless coordination with the Property Manager and all operational departments.

Service Excellence & Quality Assurance

• Maintain and continuously improve food and beverage service standards across all assigned properties.

• Conduct regular inspections of dining areas, pantries, kitchens, service stations, and back-of-house facilities to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards.

Training & Staff Development

• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive training programs for Food & Beverage team

• Assess staff performance and identify development opportunities to improve service quality and employee engagement.

• Recommend training initiatives to support continuous professional development.

Compliance & Health Standards

• Ensure full compliance with UAE food safety regulations, HACCP requirements, Occupational Health & Safety standards, and all applicable legislation.

• Coordinate with Quality Control teams and relevant stakeholders to maintain regulatory compliance throughout all food and beverage operations.

• Maintain updated technical knowledge of UAE hospitality regulations and industry best practices.

Communication & Coordination

• Work collaboratively with the Property Managers for Event Coordination

• Report operational issues promptly and recommend solutions that enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and guest experiences.

General Responsibilities

• Ensure departmental operations consistently meet company operational benchmarks and SOPs.

• Support management initiatives aimed at improving operational performance and service excellence.

• Provide timely feedback regarding operational challenges, staffing concerns, and opportunities for improvement.

• Perform any other duties assigned by Management that support the efficient operation of the residences.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5–8 years of progressive Food & Beverage experience, including supervisory or management roles in luxury hotels, private property or VIP residences.

• Previous experience serving UHNWIs, is highly desirable.

Knowledge & Skills

• Comprehensive understanding of HACCP, food safety regulations, and Occupational Health & Safety requirements.
