Coordinate endpoint administration, device configuration, inventory, patching, compliance and device lifecycle activities.
Administer cloud-hosted and subscription-based systems, ensuring access, renewals, ownership and support arrangements are maintained.
Enterprise Applications
Support the administration of CRM, ERP, PPM, DAM, workflow and reporting platforms as they are introduced.

Support system upgrades, patches, releases and configuration changes.
Escalate security risks, recurring incidents and access exceptions when required.
Documentation and User Support
Maintain SOPs, system guides, service maps, configuration records, knowledge articles and change logs.
Prepare user guides, FAQs and short training materials for core systems and new applications.
Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to system reliability, efficiency and user experience.
